We hate to see you go. However, if you do still decide to go ahead and cancel your auto renewal plan, please disable the auto-renewal by following the below steps:

On app –

1. Click on “More”
2. Click on “My subscription”
3. Click on “Cancel subscription” under your current active subscription
4. Click “Yes” on the confirmation screen

On Website:

1. Click on the “Person or Profile” icon on the top right corner of the screen
2. Click on “My subscription”
3. Click on “Cancel subscription” under your current active subscription
4. Click “Yes” on the confirmation screen

Once you follow the above steps, your renewal will be cancelled, and you will not be further billed. Please note, this will not offer a refund, if you do decide to leave us before the subscription period ends.
