I am unable to watch the ZEEPLEX movie that I rented


Once you've rented a ZEEPLEX movie, you can always watch on the ZEE5 Mobile App or Website. Try following the steps given below, in order, if you are trying to watch the movie from any other platform.   On the Android App 1. Update your ZEE5 app to the latest app version. 2. Open the ZEE5 App. 3. Login using the same credentials that you used during purchase. 4. Search for the movie, and click on it. If you are asked to 'Add this device to you list?', click Ok. If you are asked 'Delete all devices and add this device?', click Ok. 5. You should now be able to watch the ZEEPLEX movie. Your video could also not be playing due to a DRM error. Click here to know more.   On the iOS App 1. Update your ZEE5 app to the latest app version. 2. Open the ZEE5 App. 3. Login using the same credentials that you used during purchase. 4. Enter the name of the ZEEPLEX movie in the search bar. 5. Click on the movie you rented. 6. Click Resume. 7. You should now be able to watch the ZEEPLEX movie. Login using the same credentials that you used during purchase. 4. Enter the name of the ZEEPLEX movie in the search bar. 5. Click on the movie you rented. 6 Click Resume 7. Open the ZEE5 App. 2. Login using the same credentials that you used during purchase. 3. Enter the name of the ZEEPLEX movie in the search bar. 4. Click on the movie you rented. 5. Click Resume. 6. You should now be able to watch the ZEEPLEX movie. Note: You do not need to purchase a ZEE5 Premium subscription in order to watch a ZEEPLEX movie
