Tap User Account to peek at your account deets.

Step 4: Smash That Edit Button ✍️

See your phone number? Tap Edit and punch in your new digits. But heads up - your new number can’t have been used on ZEE5 before. Otherwise, the app will throw a “nope” your way.

iPhone or Website User? Here’s the Deal 🚫🍏

Unfortunately, this slick update feature is exclusive to Android. If you’re on iOS or the web, you won’t see the option. But don’t sweat it!

No Edit Button? No Problem! 🙅‍♂️

• Snap a clear pic of your ZEE5 subscription invoice (showing payment date, time, and transaction ID).

• Shoot an email to support.global@zee5.com requesting to update your number.

• Sit tight - once verified, your number will be switched up by the pros.
  

• Subscription invoice is mandatory here to verify ownership - this is a blocker if not furnished.
