A Step-by-Step guide to remove Unknown device from your account

1. Log-in to ZEE5 App with your registered ID

2. My profile

After you are logged in - go to your profile

3. Manage your devices

Select, manage your devices under your profile

4. Remove the devices you want to remove

Check out the full lineup of devices using your credentials! Pick and hit "remove device" to part ways with the ones you're ready to unplug!

5. Device is successfully removed

Unauthorized device is successfully removed now. Also, refrain from disclosing or sharing your OTP to anyone in future to prevent unauthorized and unfamiliar logins

Note - You will only see devices that were logged in after September 15, 2023.
