How to Link/Activate Zee5 on Samsung TV
Are you a fan of Indian content and looking to bring the vast library of ZEE5 web series, movies, and TV shows to your Samsung TV? No worries! We have put together a comprehensive DIY guide for you to easily link your ZEE5 subscription to your Samsung TV, whether you have the ZEE5 app installed or not. Follow the steps below, and you'll be all set to enjoy your favourite Indian content on a bigger screen.
We support TV's manufactured from 2017 onwards (Tizen OS 3.0 & above)
If you don’t have the ZEE5 app installed:
- Access the Apps Section: On your Samsung TV remote, press the "Smart Hub" or "Home" button and navigate to the "Apps" section.
- Search for the ZEE5 App: Look for the "Search" option within the apps section, and type "ZEE5" into the search bar.
- Install the ZEE5 App: From the search results, select the ZEE5 app and install it.
- Open the ZEE5 App: Once the installation is complete, open the ZEE5 app.
- Login Prompt: A login prompt will appear on your screen.
- Login Options:
- If your subscription is linked with your mobile number, select "login with mobile number". Enter the mobile number associated with your active ZEE5 subscription. You will receive an OTP on your mobile. Enter this OTP on your TV and voila! You are all set to enjoy ZEE5 on your Samsung TV.
- If your subscription is not linked with your mobile number, open the ZEE5 app on your mobile phone (make sure you are logged in with your subscribed account). Navigate to settings & select "Activate TV". Enter the code displayed on your TV screen, and you are all set.
If you already have the ZEE5 app installed:
- Navigate to the Home Screen: Use your Samsung TV remote to navigate to the home screen.
- Locate the Sign-in Option: If you don’t see a sign-in option, first go to settings within the ZEE5 app and select "Logout". Once logged out, you can then choose to "Sign in".
- Login Options:
- If your subscription is linked with your mobile number, select "login with mobile number". Enter the mobile number associated with your active ZEE5 subscription. You will receive an OTP on your mobile. Enter this OTP on your TV and voila! You are all set to enjoy ZEE5 on your Samsung TV.
- If your subscription is not linked with your mobile number, open the ZEE5 app on your mobile phone (make sure you are logged in with your subscribed account). Navigate to settings & select "Activate TV". Enter the code displayed on your TV screen in the boxes on the mobile app, and you are all set.
