Hey there, ZEE5 fan! You’ve just bought your subscription, ready to binge your favourite shows, but wait… where’s your subscription? Don’t panic! Sometimes, tech hiccups happen, but you can fix this yourself with a few simple steps. Let’s get you streaming ASAP!
Subscriptions are tied to your email or phone number, so the first thing to do is double-check which one you used to subscribe. Here’s how:
Think about all the email IDs and phone numbers you own (we know, it’s a lot!).
Log out of the ZEE5 app or website.
Log back in using each email or phone number you think might be linked to your subscription.
Once you’re logged in with the right account:
Head over to My Subscriptions in the ZEE5 app or website.
See if your subscription is listed and active.
If you bought your subscription on an Apple device, don’t forget this magic trick:
Open the ZEE5 app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap the profile option (top right icon) on the homepage.
Hit Restore Purchases - this often wakes up your subscription!
If you paid through Apple or Google, here’s how to double-check your purchase:
Apple iTunes:
Open the App Store app.
Tap your profile pic (top right).
Select Purchase History and look for your ZEE5 subscription purchase.
Google Play Store:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon (top right).
Go to Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history to see if your payment went through.
If you don’t find your ZEE5 subscription in Apple’s Purchase History or Google Play’s Budget & History:
Check the email account linked to your Apple ID or Google account for a purchase confirmation email from Apple or Google Play.
Sometimes these emails land in your spam/junk folder, so be sure to check there too.
If you do not find any purchase confirmation email, it means the payment may not have been processed successfully.
In this case, you should contact Apple Support or Google Support directly to investigate the payment status.
If your subscription is still playing hide and seek:
Grab a screenshot of your payment confirmation - make sure it shows the date, time, amount, and transaction ID.
Fire off an email to support.global@zee5.com with your screenshot, the subscription plan you bought, how you paid (last 4 digits of credit card, Apple, Google Play, etc.), along with the email & phone number you used.
